The room had a definite lack of comfortable seating. i only had the desk chair as an option, which wasn't ideal. the shower head also looked a little suspect. I noticed some pink mold so i felt a bit uneasy during showers. maybe i expected too much. the lack of exhaust fans in the bathroom was questionable.

The metro station was conveniently located nearby with shops just around the corner. The room was quite very comfy and tidy, a great relief after a long day. The staff were cute, and the check-in and check-out process was easy (i really appreciated that).
The room showed some signs of wear and tear. I noticed peeling ceiling and some scratches on the headboard. I was charged for two small bottles of water, and i didn't receive prior notice about this charge (a little heads up would have been nice).

I thought the room was really clean and so nice. beds were comfortable. I slept so well. valet parking was convenient using an app to ask for my car. i wanted to visit some museums, and this hotel worked out well.
i wish the temperature in the hotel wasn't so high. i had no control over the temperature in my room. i ended up shutting off the thermostat because i could not lower it.

my king room had a very spacious layout with modern decor and a large window that provided excellent natural light, so lovely. the bedding felt luxurious, and the room temperature was easily adjustable, usually, at least.

The front desk staff was always very friendly, ready to assist with directions and requests and they were fast. the restaurant staff was very attentive during breakfast. Mo was so nice. housekeeping was diligent and kept my room tidy.

The hotel is really near to a metro station, i loved it. This gave me easy access to the rest of the city. it is a short walk to a grocery store. restaurants were just right next to it.

The hotel gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I used them. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, so i could sit there comfortably. complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day.
